How to prepare a hot whiskey

Ingredients:
2 oz Irish Whiskey
1 Thinly sliced lemon wedge
3 Cloves
1 tsp Sugar
Water
To prepare:
Pour whiskey into mug (either favorite or glass).
Stick cloves into lemon wedge, close to the rind.
Plop lemon into whiskey.
Put water in kettle to boil.
Go outside, stick hand in snow and squeeze tightly, so that water runs through fingers.

walked back from the gym this morning and my hair was still wet. i had it covered with hood *and* hat but it was frozen before i got back to my room. so i think that means it’s winter now.

It’s great that November is over. I’m that much closer to being done with the term.
Second, I now have only 3 weeks to get all my schoolwork done. And I’m rather behind.
No matter how much planning or preparation I do, I always find myself with 3 weeks to get it all done. How terribly vexing.
